It was so nice to revisit this dad to see how he has showcased the images of him and his girls. We sat down after he received his gallery and discussed how he could display his favorite images to create a gallery wall in his home. We knew that scale was going to play a very important role in displaying the images. Below are three photos he had professionally framed. The largest image  is a 16×20 the two other images are 11×14’s. He also ordered a gallery canvas in a 20×30. I just love the way it wraps and hangs on the wall in a free floating format. As always, I am happy to assist you with your images to create a similar look. So don’t be afraid to live large!

A few months ago I decided to set aside a weekend to do mini sessions at the orchard. I am happy to report that they were a huge success! We had to move the date from Saturday to Sunday because of the weather (enough with the rain already). A big thank you to my clients for being so flexible.  So without further ado here are the cutie pies that I had the pleasure of photographing.

What can I say…this session was a pure joy to photograph. Mr C and I became friends last year when I photographed him for his one year old photos, and now we are BFF’s. Mom and Dad you have a real charmer on your hands. I can’t wait to meet your newest addition in January.  I have so many favorites from this session. Here are just a few.

So… it has been a little while since I last had my baby fix. This sweet angel filled my cup. She slept the entire time I was there and never made a peep. I wanted to put her in my camera bag and take her home with me. Mom and Dad, congratulations on your newest addition. She is beautiful.

One of my favorite things about my job is that I get to see the children I photograph grow up. Little Miss M came to be last year for her one year old photos and was just sweet as could be. A year later her hair has gotten longer, she is able to have conversation, and she is still as sweet as could be. It’s always a pleasure to see this family. Enjoy your sneak peek.

I remember the day Amanda called me and said that she HAD to have me photograph her wedding. This was the phone call I received just after I had booked her sister’s wedding for May of 2009. At that point, I had not even met Amanda face to face. It didn’t matter. I was delighted and very honored.

Despite the rain that decided to join us on Amanda and Ryan’s special day, it was absolutely perfect. I hope the two of you are having a blast on your honeymoon. Enjoy your sneak peek.

Can’t you just hear their laughter? Their happiness filled the room.

The ballroom at Hartefeld looked gorgeous. The details were amazing. The place card numbers were photos of Amanda and Ryan when they were children. The number coincided with the age Amanda and Ryan were in the photo. How cute is that?

You can tell a lot by the way two people dance together. They are in love.

On October 10th I was honored to photograph the marriage of two amazing people, Michelle and Ken. They are the kind of people that you meet for the first time and feel like you have known them all your life. Michelle, you are gorgeous both inside and out and you light up a room with your beautiful smile. Ken, you are one of the kindest people I have ever met, and love the fact that the two of you are Sagittarians  just like me! I wish you both many years of love, laughter and holding hands.

I love the vintage feel of this image. Michelle, you ROCKED that Nicole Miller dress.

Throughout the year I am honored to photograph a few very special weddings. I have had quite a few brides hire Ann at Chansonette Flowers to design their bouquets. Ann’s work is so unique and creative and always beautiful. Her shop is located at 201 South Union Street in Kennett Square. So even if you are not getting married but flowers make you happy go and visit Chansonette.

Here is a bouquet that Ann designed for a bride that was married last week. More from this beautiful wedding next week. Have a great weekend everyone!

I love when I meet a family for the first time and instantly feel like we click. This is how I felt when I met the B family. They had such love for one another and it really shined through in the images. B family I hope you enjoy your sneak peek.
